My DNA

Disclaimer: A Sequence Made Public

This is where I may publish my DNA, intentionally. This is an experiment in transparency, identity, and systems. I asked if I could publish my DNA. This is me exploring.

My DNA is a string of 3.2 billion characters that make up the blueprint of my body. It is not a diagnosis, a destiny, or an invitation. It is a record. A story written in base pairs.

By making it public, I am would not offer consent for commercial use, research, profiling, or predictive modeling blindly. I do not waive any rights—only assert that I exist, and that this data is mine to publish. And I wish to be informed if it’s being used.

I recognize that if sharing this, I would also reveal aspects of those who share my genes. I would have to acknowledge the weight of that choice.

I am aware this information may be used, copied, stored, or referenced in ways I cannot anticipate now. That is the nature of both genetics and the internet. But I may choose to publish it anyway.

If a system is built to punish the transparent, that says more about the system than the one who speaks.

This page is not a permission slip. It is a provocation.

Handle with care.
