I created Annalogy as a place to explore the intersections of life, art, thought, and experience. Here, I document not just what I create, but also what I contemplate—my reflections on the things that shape my perspective. This space serves as a personal archive of ideas, memories, observations, and questions. As well as a hub (or a nexus site, as I call it) to reach and understand my other websites and explore how all these things network in my brain and life.

Through Annalogy, I aim to dig deeper into the experiences that have brought me here, looking for patterns, connections, and, yes, even analogies between seemingly unrelated parts of life. Some of these reflections touch on art and creativity, but many go beyond, exploring the ways we grow, struggle, and make sense of the world around us.

Living with Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy (LGMD) has offered unique insights and perspectives that shape my writing and worldview. I find that life’s challenges often become invitations to pause, rethink, and adapt. Annalogy captures that process—an ongoing journey of learning to see myself and the world with a sense of curiosity and resilience.

How do we redefine creativity and contribution in a world where our physical and digital lives increasingly intertwine?

Anna Andrews-Mills (me)

So what’s this place really about? It’s a space for deep dives and passing thoughts, for exploring what makes us human, and for discovering meaning in the everyday. Here, I’m not aiming for polished answers. I’m exploring. I’m learning. I’m trying to find connections between all these loose threads of life. This is where I document the journey, as honestly as I can, with all its messiness and beauty.

Does what I publish, write, and explore on these sites, reflect the true me?

This feature is in beta. I’m mostly experimenting with it on my own, but if you happen to find this page and want to play, let me know how it goes. 🙂

The way you ask the questions, the phrasing, will matter.
